Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition, including dust bags.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To initiate a return, please email contact@ouvertcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@ouvertcollective.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.
